Who i work with
Through conversations with women entrepreneurs and professionals navigating life and career transitions, I discovered a recurring theme: a strong desire for clarity in business strategy—particularly around launching and scaling. Many shared their struggles with financial confidence and the mindset barriers that often hold them back in both business and personal life.
I also heard about the challenge of maintaining well-being while balancing the demands of business or career growth with family, community, and personal responsibilities. ABOUT
I’m DEEPTI. a business owner , wife, mother, and holistic consultant
My path is rooted in clinical social work at Stanford Medicine, where I served individuals and families experiencing critical health and traumatic life events. I then expanded my skills into Lean and Process Improvement redesign as a Senior Program Manager, focusing on optimizing clinical, technology, and business processes across the Stanford Inpatient and ED ecosystem. This evolved into management roles at Stanford Coordinated Care, Integrative Medicine, and Palliative Medicine clinics, and later as a Director of Cancer Patient Engagement and Integrative Medicine Services.
My entrepreneurial spirit then led me to Anthem, where I was part of the first Entrepreneur in Residence and Innovation program. I later served as a Director of Community Health platforms and ultimately launched a new team as Vice President of Whole Health Technology Delivery. For the past 6 years, driven by my passion for technology, data, and design, I launched a health technology consulting practice, D@Health, which focused on startup advising and saw two successful exits.
My experiences at D@Health provided invaluable insights into business growth and strategy, while my personal transformation in Spring of 2025 provided the missing piece: integrating authentic self-discovery and holistic well-being with professional ambition. Now, I guide and mentor founders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals through times of significant growth, transition, and change. I bring together proven strategic tools with transformative mindset guidance to help you find clarity, purpose, resilience, and confidence as you create the next powerful chapter of your journey, just as I did.
